Due to its size, this product requires flat-bed truck delivery by special appointment, necessitating off-loading with a crane or extended forklift. Your customer is responsible for this process and transporting the product to its final location.
To facilitate delivery, a contact number for your customer is required by the freight company. We'll call your customer to share shipment details before dispatch unless you specify otherwise. Note that shipping costs for the sauna heater and accessories are separate from the flat rate.
